Josh is a very smooth righty attackman with a cannon of a shot both on the run and with time and room. He is very crafty around the crease, and has the athleticism to create his own shot. He has enough of a left hand to be dangerous, but needs to develop it to be a more complete threat. I’d also like to see him get his teammates more involved off his dodges.
