Madison (Maddie) is a talented defender. She has excellent speed in the hustle plays causing multiple turnovers with her interceptions. She makes a big impact on the draw circle securing 50/50 balls. Her vision in recognizing an unsettled defense and assisting with an accurate long pass from the restraining line is superb. Her solid 1v1 defense does not allow her opponent to gain a step on her with her footwork. She will continue to improve upon her stick skills while ball handling throughout the midfield. Maddie also contributes offensively on middie runs with strong 1v1 drives to cage scoring goals and assisting.
