Sisley is a terrific midfielder. She showcases great effort starting on the draw circle to come away with the 50/50 ground balls and secure her team possession. Offensively she moves well off-ball finding space to cut hard and get a quality shot on cage. She is versatile with both hands making her a dual threat to defend. Defensively she displays excellent hustle in a fast break situation on the defensive end to slow ball and create a caused turnover. She does well on defense by applying pressure out and cutting off her opponent’s angle to cage in her 1v1’s. Sisley does a great job creating caused turnovers on the defensive end with ground balls and clearing the ball up field in a transition. She will continue to work on fine tuning her footwork to stay matched even with the shiftiest players and push her creativity on the offensive end.
