Carter is a well rounded attackman who can dodge to create or feed his teammates. He has good stick control, and knows how to cut off ball to get himself open. He's not a dominant dodger, but is athletic and has very good hands. His biggest strength right now is as a feeder and finisher, I'd like to see him improve his dodging and work on his off hand as he grows and develops.
