Allen is a high motor defender who has the stick skills to be dangerous in transition. He does a very good job of not losing his positioning while still having an active stick and being a pest on ball. He gets his takeaways more by being persistent than any extraordinary check, but I mean that as a compliment. I see him more as an LSM at the next level, if he adds some more takeaway checks to his arsenal he’ll be a real menace.
