Pearce is an athletic LSM who is a hawk on the ground and a threat in transition. He has good hand-eye and can knock down passes coming through the defense. Like a lot of young LSMs, he tends to give away good body positioning in favor of trying to throw takeaway cheks. If he can clean that up, he'll be a very good LSM.
