Charlie is very shifty and has a great first step on his dodges. Couple that with good top end speed and the ability to use either hand and it makes Charlie is a very dangerous dodger. He dodges with his head up, and takes advantage of defenses if they slide to him too early. I think he can continue to work on his off hand, and I'd like to see him cut better off ball to get himself open.
