Grady is a smooth and shifty attackman with great stick control and a quick first step. He can score in a variety of ways, and is a great feeder as well. He can dodge and create for himself, score off a stepdown, or cut through traffic for a crease finish. The only part of his offensive game he needs to improve is being more two handed.
