Bailey is a well rounded righty middie who can rip on the run or off a step down. He does a good job of driving play off the dodge, but also finding room for himself off ball. He keeps his head up when he dodges, and is able to find his teammates for assists. He will need to work on his off hand to be a more complete player.
Bailey has worked on getting to the goal for himself more since his last evaluation. He is still a talented feeder and finisher with either hand, and he works hard off ball to get himself open. He looks more explosive than in the past, and is especially dangerous dodging from X.
