Finola is a skilled midfielder. She drives hard to cage and uses an effective dodge to get her defender out of position and free her hands for a well-placed goal. She moves well off-ball inside the 8-meter with a great catch and finishes 1 on 1 with the goalie. Her good field vision and ability to utilize both hands to give accurate feeds with her non-dominant hand is superb. Finola has great Lacrosse IQ when in transition by keeping her space and slipping once the defense has shifted towards ball to create a draw and dump situation. She will continue to work on highlighting her efforts on the defensive side to showcase her abilities as a two-way midfielder.
