Dutch is a hard shooting righty who is also a strong dodger. He is more of a catch and shoot player right now, but has the athleticism to improve his dodging and be a real threat. He cuts well off ball to get himself open, and can rip a step down or finish in tight. He needs to improve his off hand and his feeding, and I'd like to see him use that athletic ability to be a more assertive dodger.
