Joe is an aggressive and physical LSM who can run the field in transition. He has better defensive footwork than a lot of young LSMs, and has good stick skills when he has the ball. He throws a nasty over the head check, but he needs to make sure he keeps his feet moving when he does. Joe has a very solid foundation, he'll just need to keep improving as he develops.
